Due to the nature of our service, we are not able to assist with accommodations booked through hotel points, Amex or Chase portals, Airbnb, or VRBO. However, you are welcome to use points or miles for flights. Once you arrive, we take care of the experience on the ground, from stays and transfers to experiences and restaurant bookings. This allows us to maintain quality control and offer our VIP benefits and support. We are always available and happy to support you in choosing the best option, should you wish to use your points.
