It’s a place where nature takes center stage.With natural and artificial bird feeders and nesting boxes carefully placed throughout the property, birdwatching becomes a serene part of the experience, even while relaxing poolside.
Sustainability is more than a philosophy here; it’s a way of life. The property supports green transportation, offering guests the convenience of electric vehicle charging powered by clean solar energy generated on-site. Since May 2025, the property is GSTC - certified.

This eco-friendly agriturismo features twelve uniquely designed rooms, each with its own character and ambiance. Thoughtful architectural details include large panoramic windows, steamed larch wood beams, and underfloor heating, which create an atmosphere that blends Alpine charm with modern sustainability. The property offers three beautiful room types: deluxe, junior suites and suites, for a total of twelve comfortable spaces. Each room features typical mountain design of Trentino-Alto Adige area and has been carefully curated for your comfort. Among the most unique features of each room type are hot tubs, panoramic balconies and spacious interiors. To disconnect from technology is to reconnect with nature; for this reason, TVs are not present in the rooms.

The mountain retreat is located just above Lake Garda, making it the ideal starting point for lake and mountain lovers. This escapes is just 30 minutes away from Trento, 40 minutes from Riva del Garda (Lake Garda), and approximately 1 hour from Bolzano or Verona.
