Once part of the historic Controni estate, the villa has been beautifully restored while keeping all its original charm: terracotta floors, wooden beams, frescoed walls and rose-covered patios where you can enjoy long summer evenings outdoors. Perfect for families or groups, the property offers spacious living areas, a cosy TV lounge, an elegant drawing room, traditional Tuscan kitchen, grand dining room and a glass conservatory that opens to the garden. The adjoining cottage adds extra privacy with its own kitchen, dining room and sun lounge. Outside, a large lawn leads to the private swimming pool overlooking the hills, an unforgettable place to relax, share a meal al fresco or simply take in the quiet beauty of rural Tuscany. Villa del Fattore carries a piece of local history. Built in the 17th century as part of the Controni estate, it once housed the estate’s workers and still tells the story of Tuscan life rooted in the land, from its bread ovens and stables to the production of fine wine and olive oil.
